Terms and Conditions


1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the platform myvogue.net and all AI-powered fashion design services and the credit system offered thereon.

2. Services and AI Disclaimer

We provide an AI-powered platform for creating fashion images.

Important Notice: The generated images are based on third-party models (e.g., Google Gemini). MyVogue does not guarantee the aesthetic quality, anatomical correctness, or uniqueness of the results.

⚠️ Notice Regarding AI-Generated Image Quality

All images created on this platform are fully Artificial Intelligence (AI) generated products. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Possible Imperfections: AI-generated images may occasionally exhibit errors, distortions, or anatomical inconsistencies (e.g., unnatural proportions, finger anomalies, background inconsistencies).

  • Facial Similarity: Although we employ advanced facial recognition technologies, the match between the character's original photo and the generated images may vary. A 100% likeness cannot be guaranteed.

  • Technical Limitations: Results depend on various factors, including the quality of uploaded photos, chosen settings, and inherent limitations of the AI models.

  • No Warranty: MyVogue assumes no responsibility for quality defects, character inconsistencies, or unexpected results in AI-generated images. Use is at your own risk.

  • No Refunds for AI-Related Defects: Credits consumed for image generation will not be refunded if the results do not meet expectations due to the inherent nature of AI technology.


3. Copyright and Trademark Rights

User Responsibility: The user bears sole responsibility for the commands (prompts) they enter. MyVogue provides a system that does not maintain protected trademarks, logos, or symbols in its own database.

Risk Assumption: If the AI generates images based on user inputs that bear similarities to existing trademarks or protected designs, the legal review and liability risk lies solely with the user. MyVogue is not liable for trademark or copyright infringements arising from generative AI in connection with specific user prompts.

Third-Party Image Usage: Users who upload photos of other individuals for character creation bear full responsibility for obtaining proper consent and authorization from those persons. MyVogue accepts no liability for any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from the use of third-party images without proper permission. The user guarantees that they have all necessary rights and consents to use any uploaded images.

User Exclusion: Users who attempt to intentionally infringe trademark rights will be permanently banned.

4. Credit System and Payment Terms

  • The purchase of "Credits" entitles you to use the AI models.

  • Individual photos cost different amounts of credits depending on the model (Flash/Pro).

  • Subscriptions (Monthly/Annual) regularly top up the credit account.


5. Subscription Cancellation

Notice Periods

  • Monthly Subscription: Cancellation takes effect 1 month after the cancellation date. Users can continue using the service until the effective date.

  • Annual Subscription: Cancellation takes effect 1 year after the cancellation date. Users can continue using the service until the effective date.


Cancellation Procedure

  • Cancellation can be submitted at any time via the Pricing page in the "Your Subscription" section.

  • After submitting a cancellation, the user receives a confirmation with the exact effective date.

  • Cancellation can be withdrawn at any time before the effective date.


Automatic Renewal

  • Without cancellation, subscriptions automatically renew for the respective term.

  • Credits from a cancelled subscription do not automatically expire and can be used until the effective date.


6. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the user has begun executing the service (i.e., as soon as the first credit is used for image generation), as this involves the delivery of digital content not on a physical data carrier.

7. EU AI Act Transparency Obligation

In accordance with the EU Regulation on Artificial Intelligence, MyVogue points out that all images created on the platform were generated by AI. The user is obligated not to misleadingly remove this designation when using them publicly.

8. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

8.1 Responsibility for User Content

The user bears sole responsibility for all content they create and share on the platform, including:

  • Messages to other users

  • Comments on shared images

  • Shared images and media content

  • Profile information


MyVogue acts solely as a technical service provider and is not responsible for user-generated content.

8.2 Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment of any kind

  • Sexually explicit, pornographic, or offensive content

  • Content glorifying violence or terrorism

  • Copyrighted content without proper authorization

  • Misinformation or misleading representations

  • Spam, unsolicited advertising, or chain messages

  • Content that endangers minors

  • Personal data of third parties without their consent

  • Fraud, phishing, or other fraudulent activities


8.3 License Grant by User

By sharing content on the platform, the user grants MyVogue a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Store and display the content

  • Transmit to other users of the platform

  • Technically process to provide services


This license terminates when the user deletes their content or closes their account.

8.4 Disclaimer for User Content

MyVogue assumes no liability for:

  • Content shared or sent by users

  • Damages arising from communication between users

  • Losses from reliance on user-generated content

  • Infringements by users against third parties


The user indemnifies and holds MyVogue harmless from all third-party claims arising from their content or conduct on the platform. This includes reasonable attorney and court fees.

8.5 Moderation and Reporting

  • Users can report inappropriate content using the report function

  • MyVogue reserves the right to review and remove reported content

  • There is no obligation to actively monitor all content

  • Clearly illegal content will be removed in accordance with applicable law


8.6 Consequences of Violations

In case of violation of these guidelines, MyVogue may:

  • Remove content without prior notice

  • Temporarily suspend the user account

  • Permanently delete the user account

  • Inform authorities in case of criminally relevant content


No refund of credits or subscription fees is due if blocked due to rule violations.

8.7 Interaction with Other Users

When communicating with other users:

  • The user is responsible for the content of their messages

  • Harassment or unwanted contact is prohibited

  • MyVogue does not mediate disputes between users

  • Sharing personal contact information is at your own risk


9. Digital Services Act (DSA) Compliance

In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA):

  • We provide a reporting function for illegal content

  • We process reports promptly and inform about the outcome

  • We store information about content removals

  • We cooperate with competent authorities when required


10. Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Braunschweig, as far as legally permissible.
