Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

MyVogue involves the delivery of digital content (Credits) that is not delivered on a physical data carrier.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun executing the contract (e.g., providing the credits or generating the first image) after you:

1. have expressly agreed that we begin executing the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
2. have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal by agreeing to the commencement of contract execution.
