e) Image Processing and AI Generation: We process photos uploaded by you to generate new images using Artificial Intelligence (AI).

3. Data Categories
In addition to master data (name, email, password), we process:
- Image Data: Original photos uploaded by you.
- Biometric Features: The AI analyzes facial features to ensure similarity in the generated image.
- Generated Content: Fashion images created by the AI.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
To provide our service, we work with the following partners:
- Google Cloud / Gemini API: Image computation is performed on Google servers. We have data processing agreements in place.
- Stripe: For payment processing of your subscriptions and credits.
- Vercel / Abacus: For website hosting and technical infrastructure.
5. Data Transfer to Third Countries
Since we use Google services, data transfer to the USA cannot be excluded. We use the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) to guarantee an adequate level of data protection.
6. Storage Duration
Uploaded original photos are deleted after processing or automatically removed from our temporary storage after a specified period (e.g., 30 days) unless you save them in your account.
